• Provide professional support to customers at the parts counter, by phone, and through internal service channels.
• Identify required automotive parts using product knowledge, parts catalogues, EPC systems, and vehicle information.
• Support workshop operations by coordinating parts availability for service jobs, repairs, maintenance work, and urgent requirements.
• Process parts orders, reservations, enquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups with accuracy and clear communication.
