The role:
Support our National Parts Manager with day-to-day coordination providing efficient, timely, and customer-focused parts support to customers and internal service teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the correct parts’ information
• Providing accurate advice on availability, pricing, lead times and delivery status
