Job Description

- Dealer/customer spare parts DCMS system use training
- Handling the questions from dealer/customer, including technical questions, parts number checking, etc.
- Spare patrs technical information management, including EPC, reccommand list, parts technical change, etc.
- Subordinates part development
- IT system support

Requirement

- Work Experience: Automotive, Mechanical 3-5 years
- Education Background: Bachelor degree (Automotive, Mechanical)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivation and adaptable to work with minimal supervision
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to details
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office like Excel.
- Excellent physical condition
