What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the spare parts department team, allocate work, organize training, enhance capabilities, and ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Monitor KPI indicators and process optimization of all spare parts activities, identify risks and trends, and improve processes to enhance order delivery efficiency.
