Opportunity Description
We are looking for an experienced and organised Parts Manager to oversee and manage the dealership’s parts department. The successful candidate will be responsible for stock control, ordering and sourcing parts, managing daily department operations, leading the parts team, maintaining manufacturer standards, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both workshop and retail customers while achieving departmental targets and profitability.
Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Parts Manager role within the motor industry Strong knowledge of automotive parts and dealership systems Experience in stock control, ordering, and inventory management Ability to manage and motivate a team Strong administrative and organisational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Valid driver’s licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
