Under general direction, this position is entry-level people management position. The incumbent will lead a team of junior parts personnel at the shop level. This position is responsible for managing inventory stock levels, performing audits, and ordering and receiving parts in order to maintain workflow in accordance with J.B. Hunt's needs. The position will perform multiple personnel management tasks including but not limited to staffing, performance management, annual reviews, and time and attendance.
