Purpose Of The Job:
 
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join this fast-paced team. They are a well-established company within the transport industry, specializing in providing reliable and efficient vehicle hire services.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customer invoices


• Maintain accurate invoicing records


• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices


• Liaise with clients and internal departments regarding billing queries


• Assist with basic reporting as required

• 2-3 years previous experience in invoicing or accounts administration within the automotive industry, transport industry
