Pastoral Care Officer

Provide essential pastoral care by delivering first response and basic counselling to students, mentoring at-risk youth, coordinating with parents and staff, and managing engagement activities to support student well‑being.

• Deliver first response and basic counselling to students to address immediate pastoral care needs
• Collaborate effectively with parents and school staff to coordinate student support plans
• Mentor and build trusting relationships with at‑risk students to promote their well‑being and development
• Plan, organize, and manage student engagement activities and support programmes/events to foster a positive school environment
