Salary: NJC SCP 26 - 28 – £37,280.00 - £39,152.00 per annum (full time equivalent). Actual salary pro rata: £31,885 - £33,486 per annum.
Allowance: SEN allowance
Hours of work: 36 hours 40 minutes – Term Time Only plus 5 days (195 days)
Based: New Bridge College
Commencing: 1st September 2026 / in‑line with notice requirements
The Trustees are looking to recruit to the post of Pastoral Lead. Part of the New Bridge Multi Academy Trust, New Bridge College provides a post‑16 learning space and hub for Key Stage 5 students, based at a campus in the centre of Oldham.
