Pastoral Leader

Due to the retirement of thecurrent post holder we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient andself-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join ourexisting team of Pastoral Leaders.Reporting directly to the House team and the Director of Pastoral Care, this role is pivotal to the daily running of the Academy. Our Pastoral Leaders do not teach and sosupport students and parents throughout the academy day.

The successful candidate will beexpected to support the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere toour values. A level of accountability,autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role.
