Reports to: Deputy Headteacher
Job Purpose: The Pastoral Manager will provide operational leadership of pastoral systems within an allocated year group(s) or phase, supporting high standards of behaviour, attendance, safeguarding and student wellbeing. The postholder will be visibly present and operationally available throughout the school day to respond to pastoral issues, support behaviour systems and ensure that students are able to engage positively in learning.
