Justteachers is recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Pastoral Support Tutor to work within one of our partner specialist provisions located near Boston.

This new position has been introduced to support young people who may have experienced prolonged periods of disengagement, instability or challenges in previous settings. Many pupils have gaps in learning, reduced motivation or barriers that have impacted their wellbeing and academic progress. We are seeking someone who is passionate about helping young people reengage, build confidence and achieve meaningful progress both in and out of the classroom.

This role is ideal for candidates from pastoral care, the military, prison services, youth work, sports coaching or behaviour support backgrounds.
