We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join a luxury hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing exceptional pastry creations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Maintain health, hygiene, and food safety standards. Control quality, quantity, and cost of all pastry items. Manage stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements to the Sous Chef. Ensure correct storage and handling of food in line with HACCP standards. Prepare fresh mise-en-place daily and ensure timely service. Maintain excellent presentation and portion control standards. Assist in optimizing kitchen efficiency while maintaining quality.
