**Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for the production, preparation, and presentation of all pastry and bakery items to ensure the highest quality standards at all times.
- Produce and maintain up-to-date standard recipe files for all pastry and bakery items listed on the menus, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Execute regular inspections of physical food preparation areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and outstanding leadership capabilities, mentoring junior pastry staff and fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and place orders for pastry supplies and ingredients while maintaining cost efficiency.
