You will be responsible for executing the core baking processes with precision and care, ensuring every item that reaches the customer is a testament to the bakery's commitment to quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ingredient Preparation & Dough Production:
· Meticulously check the quality of all raw materials and precisely weigh and measure ingredients to strict bakery formulations.
· Execute core baking techniques including kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping a variety of doughs and pastries.
