Opportunity Description
Our client, a Chambers-ranked intellectual property practice within a leading law firm, is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney.
Billable Hours - 1750 for agent, 1950 for attorney
Schedule - Hybrid 3/2
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of patent drafting & prosecution law firm experience with wireless telecommunications — including 5G/6G and WiFi
- A degree in Electrical Engineering is required
- Preparing patent applications for Qualcomm, power devices, analog circuits, medical devices, software, mechanical devices, or 3D printing is a plus.
- Registered to the USPTO
- Active license in CA for attorneys
