Patent counsel

Seeking an experienced Patent/IP professional to develop and prosecute high-quality patents while strengthening and maximizing the value of the patent portfolio. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to identify innovation opportunities and convert inventions into strategic IP assets. Lead patent preparation, prosecution, analysis, and provide guidance on patent, legal, and portfolio decisions. Manage external counsel and support patent litigation, licensing, and IP protection initiatives. Requires expertise in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, wireless/So C/AI technologies, Indian Patent Office registration, LLB qualification, and full-time onsite presence in Hyderabad.
