• Schedule: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing
• Practice Setting: Medical Center Setting
• Procedures Required: Frozen section analysis, rapid onsite examination of cytology specimens, surgical pathology sign out, cytopathology sign out
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0 to 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• · Certifications Required:  Board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology
• Licensure Required: New Jersey
