Position Summary

The Senior Medical Transcriptionist is responsible for coordination of transcription reports within Imaging Services as dictated by the Radiologists including Diagnostic x-ray, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT Scans, Ultrasound, mammograms, and Vascular studies.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent preferred

Completion of a vocational Medical Terminology and Medical Transcription course
