Multiple Positions Available:

Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives for a Fulfillment Center. Manage and lead a team of Area Managers. Coach and mentor the team to ensure performance objectives are met, and build positive employee relations and leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center. Use Lean and Six Sigma Process Improvement methodologies and performance metrics to increase efficiency within processes. Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Lean initiatives to enable functional area and the Fulfillment Center to meet and exceed business plan. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience of either Inbound or Outbound operations.
