**Schedule** : Variable shift times: 9:00-5:00 PM, 10:30-7:00 PM, 9:00-8:00 PM, 3:00-11:00 PM, to include at least 2 weekend shifts per month

**Location** : Primary location is SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo and will cover off-site locations Lake Delton Urgent Care and Wisconsin Dells rehab
