**What You Will Do** **:**
The Patient Account Cashier will perform duties that of a cashier in the Hospital Business Office.

**Primary duties and responsibilities:**

+ The Cashier works closely with the billing, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.
+ Receives and disburses money for services.
+ Operates cash registers and ensures accurate and efficient accounts of all transactions.
+ In retail setting, assists with the receiving, unpacking, stocking, displaying, pricing, and sales of merchandise.
+ Maintains clean and organized checkout area.
