Responsibilities
- Ensure the reception desk is always manned, greet patients, usher and guide them according to clinical pathways, and respond to their needs promptly.
- Communication: Provide accurate verbal and written information, answer queries about services, and handle telephone inquiries professionally and politely within five rings, adhering to established protocols.
- Patient Safety and Feedback: Ensure patient and visitor safety by following emergency protocols and encourage feedback through satisfaction surveys.
- Payment Management: Collect payments accurately at the cash desk and double-check doubtful transactions.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Administrator Manager with smooth administrative operations, maintain the availability of medical notes, and organize documents effectively.
