Financial Advocates identify patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from various public agencies by assessing their financial and social situations, acting as liaison between the patient and the public agencies and documenting the assessment and outcome. Financial Advocate staff ensure that all data entry is accurate including demographic and financial information for each account to guarantee the successful financial outcome of all patient services.
