Job Description Patient Care Assistant / Physiotherapy Aide Hospis Malaysia is the largest home-based palliative care service in Malaysia. In line with integrating rehabilitation into patient service, we are now seeking for a highly motivated, compassionate and disciplined individual to join our clinical team. Job Summary The patient care assistant or physiotherapy aide will work under the direction and guidance of a physiotherapist or occupational therapist to support provision of rehabilitation in our palliative care population. Key Responsibilities • To assist therapists in providing physiotherapy or occupational therapy treatment plans
• To supervise therapeutic activities as directed by the therapist
• To use appropriate methods of communication to build rapport with patients and families
