Patient Care Navigator & Receptionist — NHS Front Desk

AVON LMC LTD is seeking a Patient Care Navigator (Receptionist) for Long Ashton Surgery in North Somerset. The role requires a friendly and professional individual with strong customer service skills and previous reception experience. You will support patients and manage appointments, working 29 hours across various sites.

Candidates should have good IT skills, effective communication abilities, and a flexible approach to work hours, including some early mornings and evenings. Experience in the NHS and knowledge of EMIS is preferred.
