**Job Description Summary**
The Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Country Sales Manager Poland Baltics & Ukraine drives a coherent commercial strategy across the PCS business within the defined region and optimizes the use of commercial resources to drive market potential.
The Country sales manager is responsible for implementing overall PCS go-to-market strategy as defined together with the Zonal GM and for leading all PCS commercial activities in conjunction with Product Leaders within the LCT to achieve the operating plan, via direct and indirect channels.
