DaVita is hiring aPatient Care Technician (PCT)to support patients with end‐stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic.As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands‐on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‐sustaining dialysis treatment.ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.Record vital signs and patient data.Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.QualificationsAccredited high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Comfortable handling blood, needles, and medical equipment.Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.Willing to float between local clinics if needed.Adaptable to schedules that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or prior healthcare experience.Location PreferencesChinl...
