Patient Care Technician- PCT- Training Provided

**Shift Information:**
Evening shift is not currently established at this clinic; this position will support the launch of a future third shift. Once implemented, the expected schedule will include two 12-hour shifts (9:30 AM – 10:00 PM) and two 8-hour shifts (either 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, based on scheduling needs).

The role requires a 12-week training period on day shift, with start times as early as 4:30–5:00 AM.

**PURPOSE** **AND** **SCOPE:**

Functions as part of the dialysis health care team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse in accordance with organization policies, procedures, and training and in compliance with regulations set forth by the corporation, state, and federal agencies.
