Patient Consultant (Toronto)

Hours: On-site, Full Time--Monday- Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact, providing a warm greeting and managing patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person
• Build rapport, gather patient information, and educate them on non-surgical and surgical procedures, products, and financing options
• Conduct consultations, visits and assist with initial assessments
