Patient Experience Associate (Temp) – Hospitals & Clinics

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties:

• Greet and register patients
• Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
