Job Advert:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented individual to join a healthcare institution's Quality Service team on a 9-month contract basis. This role will support patient engagement and service excellence initiatives, while working closely with various stakeholders to enhance overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on patient/service-related feedback to ensure timely resolution
- Support hospital-wide service quality initiatives, programmes and improvement projects
- Coordinate surveys, focus group discussions, engagement activities and events
- Track service satisfaction trends and assist in preparing dashboards and reports
- Analyse feedback patterns and support presentations for management discussions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive service culture and patient-centric improvements
