Opportunity Description
UPMC Williamsport has an opening for a Part-Time Patient & Family Concierge to join 5E! 5 East is an Adult Medical/Surgical unit with a focus on acute care surgery and trauma patients.
This role will be scheduled for 20 hours per week and will work Days with a primary shift of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. This position will also be assigned every other weekend/holiday!
**Final candidates will be selected for a job title within the career ladder that reflects level of education, experience, and manager discretion at time of offer.
Purpose:
The Patient & Family Concierge, Senior is responsible for providing generalized, compassionate service and support to patients, families, and visitors during their stay within the hospital. The core goal of the Concierge, Senior is to create and deliver a top-notch experience for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
