Patient Onboarding Representative (Recruitment/Sales Experience Preferred)

Salary : £28,000 per annum + commission

Hours : 0900 – 1730, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Location : Holborn, London - fully onsite

Contract : Full Time and Permanent

Role Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us to support patients looking to register with our services over the phone.

Role Duties:

• Dealing with new patient registrations.
• Liaising with patients via email as well as inbound and outbound calls.
• Booking patients in for their initial consultation.
• Contacting patients interested in registering with service
• Communicating with patient GP, if necessary, both in sourcing information and responding to queries
