Hours: 30 per week, all MKUH roles will be considered for flexible working

Are you passionate about patient safety and supporting learning from patient safety incidents? We’re offering an exciting 23-month secondment within our Patient Safety Team for a motivated, dynamic and compassionate individual to champion Patient Safety across MKUH.
In this pivotal role, you will:
• Lead and embed PSIRF across the organisation
• Support staff and teams through incident response and learning
• Ensure compassionate engagement with patients, families, and carers
• Drive a just and learning culture within the trust
