The Patient Safety, Quality and Accreditation Leader works closely with the Agency Director to design and implement performance improvement programs tailored to population needs. This role requires strong collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to prioritize and assess quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards while educating staff on key regulatory requirements.
