Patient Safety & Quality Lead #HJO

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage patient safety and quality improvement initiatives across the organisation
Collaborate with clinical teams and stakeholders to identify and reduce patient safety risks
Guide project teams in process improvement, goal setting, and performance measurement
Design and implement quality improvement frameworks and best practices
Plan and conduct training programmes on patient safety and improvement methodologies
Facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive improvement initiatives
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure sustainable improvements
Conduct research, literature reviews, and environmental scans to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare proposals for funding and support strategic initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
