Mon-Fri Office Hours Job Scope:
Be the main point of contact for residents' next-of-kin Support families during pre-admission and onboarding Conduct admission counselling and orientation for new residents Build meaningful relationships with residents and caregivers Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure personalised, resident-centred care Address concerns and enhance residents' overall experience Support initiatives to improve resident journey and service experience Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups and engagement sessions Participate in service excellence projects and recognition programmes Identify service gaps and suggest improvements Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field Minimum 2 years of working experience Experience or interest in eldercare / caregiving is advantageous Interested candidate, kindly send a copy of your resume to
