Mon-Fri Office Hours

• Be the main point of contact for residents’ next‑of‑kin
• Support families during pre‑admission and onboarding
• Conduct admission counselling and orientation for new residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and caregivers
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure personalised, resident‑centred care
• Address concerns and enhance residents’ overall experience
• Support initiatives to improve resident journey and service experience
• Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups and engagement sessions
• Participate in service excellence projects and recognition programmes
• Identify service gaps and suggest improvements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Experience or interest in eldercare / caregiving is advantageous
