Job Description
- Register patients, make appointments, collect payments and attend to patient queries (either by phone, email or walk-in).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of counter, dispensary room, treatment zone and common areas.
- Dispense medicine in an accurate and timely manner, according to TCM physician’s prescription.
- Account for medicine dispensed according to SOP.
- Work with Clinic Coordinator to spearhead operations within the clinic.
- Deliver quality, safe and cost-effective service to patients and TCM physicians.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports as required by HOD.
- At least 1 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare setting
- Ability to communicate in English via online, phone and walk-ins
- Pleasant personality and service oriented
- Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
