About the Role
As a Patient Service Representative at Quincy Medical Group, you will play a critical role in supporting both the patient experience and the organization’s revenue cycle operations. Serving as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, insurance companies, and internal departments, you will help patients navigate billing questions, insurance concerns, payment options, and account‑related issues with professionalism and empathy.
Schedule
Full‑time position, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Position based in Quincy, Illinois. No weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts. Professional office environment supporting patient care operations and clinic workflows.
