- The position is available in St Vincent’s Fitzroy campus
- Work for one of Australia’s leading hospital groups
- Working on average 28.2 hours per week spread over a set 4 weeks roster: Monday to Sunday including working every second weekend
About the Role
You will provide crucial clerical support and facilitate patient management. Including admitting patients completing reception duties and delivering exceptional customer service. A key component of the role is ensuring patient confidentiality is always preserved.
Create patient records and complete all necessary information accurately and in line with current procedures
Admit patients accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a high level of customer service by handling patient enquires via telephone and in person, in an efficient, professional, and caring manner
