**UW Medical Center–Montlake-Emergency Department Registration** has an outstanding opportunity for a **Patient Services Specialist Supervisor** .
**WORK SCHEDULE**
+ 100% FTE (40 hours per week)
+ Monday – Friday
+ Day Shift; 6:30am - 3:00pm
**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
The Patient Services Specialist Supervisor (PSS-Supervisor) oversees various supervisory and administrative non-clinical functions within the department. This role is responsible for leading and supervising staff in the Patient Services Specialist class series, as well as other assigned personnel.
**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Ensure smooth daily operations and patient safety by prioritizing tasks and managing workflow.
+ Oversee staff scheduling, HR data systems, and deliver high-quality customer service.
+ Track inventory, submit repair orders, and support departmental quality improvement efforts.
