Opportunity Description

Provide supervision, coaching, and support to patients and families. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment and provide interventions to maintain safety of patients with mental and behavioral health challenges in a variety of settings. Must be able to work with patients that are experiencing a variety of behavioral and physical symptoms related to mental illness.

**_This position is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m./rotation weekends._**

**Required Education and Experience**
High school diploma or equivalent experience
At least one (1) year of related experience in customer service and/or caring for and maintaining safety of children

**Required Credentials**
Basic Life Support (BLS) on hire
Safety Care certification (internal training) required within 3 months of hire and annually thereafter

**Preferred**
Training in verbal de-escalation and/or non-violent crisis intervention
