Job Summary
- 5 days, Retail Hour
- Attractive remuneration package commensurate with relevant experience.
- Provide excellent and friendly frontline customer service
- Attend to enquiry via phone calls
- Schedule patient’s appointment
- Process invoice and payment collections
- Dispense medication and maintaining inventory levels
- Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Handle enquiries on promotions and leading customers to products
- To perform other duties as assigned
- At least Secondary School / O level or equivalent
- Basic IT knowledge
- Pleasant personality, cooperative and work well with co-workers
- Be open to learning new things
- Self‑motivated and sales driven with a positive attitude
