Paver Roller Operator — Job Description
Overview
A Paver Roller Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment to compact asphalt or soil, creating smooth, durable surfaces for roads, parking lots, and other paved areas.
Full Time/Overtime/ Traveling/ $25+
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, and base materials
+ Adjust speed and rolling patterns to ensure proper compaction
+ Work closely with paving crews to maintain smooth workflow
+ Inspect equipment daily and perform basic maintenance checks
+ Monitor surface quality and fix any uneven areas
+ Follow all safety procedures on the job site
Requirements
+ At least 2 years of experience operating rollers
+ Knowledge of asphalt materials and paving methods
+ Ability to use paving equipment and basic hand tools
