Payments Operations Analyst (LATAM) | Corporate & Investment Bank | Buenos Aires (BACC)
Schedule: shifts 10:00-19:00 or 11:00-20:00 (ART)
Responsibilities
- Execute and control end-to-end daily payment routines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery against SLAs.
- Monitor payment flows/queues; investigate breaks and exceptions, reconcile balances, and elevate as needed.
- Manage reference/master data: account setup/closure/maintenance; account blocks/unblocks per policy.
- Produce and analyze recurring metrics and reports to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and update SOPs; support process mapping (as-is / to-be).
- Drive process improvements focused on efficiency, risk & controls, and client experience.
Qualifications
- Advanced student or graduate in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
