Job Description
- Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Serve as the go-to SME for merchant operations, guiding internal teams and resolving escalations.
- Manage chargeback disputes, preparing responses and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize losses.
- Maintain accurate reporting, document processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in merchant onboarding, account management, operations management, payments or fintech.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Solid knowledge of merchant operations, onboarding, and payment workflows.
- Familiarity with chargeback mechanisms and dispute resolution.
