We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support payment processing, transaction management, and reconciliation activities within the Operations & Technology function. The role involves handling debit/credit transactions, wire transfers, and ensuring operational excellence aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-Day Activities: Process payments, debit/credit transactions, and wire transfers; Perform account reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy; Handle high-volume transaction processing within defined SLAs; Participate in daily team touchpoints (approx. 15 minutes); Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues; Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
