Payroll Accounting Analyst

As a Payroll Accounting Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our outsourced tax filing provider, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. You will support payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, accounting activities, audits, and process improvements while partnering with Payroll, HR, Finance, and external agencies.

**What You'll Do**

+ Ensure accurate and timely filing and payment of payroll taxes.
+ Monitor tax filing status and maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
+ Research and resolve tax discrepancies, notices, and payment issues.
+ Serve as the primary contact for tax agencies and outsourced tax providers.
+ Perform payroll tax reconciliations, including SUI and quarterly filings.
+ Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations, SOX controls, and company policies.
